Payment Policy: We accept for payment: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Personal Check & Gold or Silver Bullion. A 15% deposit is all it takes to secure your dates. The balance is due 45 Days prior to arrival. No damage deposit is required if paying by credit card. If paying by credit card we then require a signed agreement, to which tenant would be responsible for any damage, missing items, excessive cleanup, stain or odor removal. If paying by check a refundable security deposit of $500 is due 45 days prior to arrival. Please report any damaged or inoperable items you find within 24 hours of check in. If collected, security deposits will be refunded within 7 days of check out. Large gatherings not permitted at the properties. Day and overnight guests cannot exceed posted occupancy. Off street parking is not permitted at any time. No Smoking & No Pets Please.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund of deposit/payment will be given if cancellation is made no later than 45 days prior to arrival, less a $100 administration fee which will be applied to all reservations. Cancellations made thereafter will forfeit the full amount unless unit is re-rented for the full period reserved. If not re-rented and the property remains vacant we will issue a credit voucher for a future stay at any of the homes, valid for 2 years.

Check in, Check out Policy: Check in is 4PM and check out is 11AM.

Miscellaneous: 45 days prior to your arrival we will send a complete "information packet" with directions and any other pertinent information. This is non-smoking home. No pets please.
